Refund policy

At Lailaa’s Closet, we carefully source and produce our collections in small batches. As a small business, we operate a no refunds policy for change of mind.
Please read the policy below before placing your order.
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected
• No longer wanting the item
• Special occasions cancelled
• Based on minor colour differences caused by photography lighting or screen display settings.
Please ensure you check sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if your item is:
• Faulty
• Damaged
• Not as described
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
admin@lailaascloset.com
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• A description of the fault
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer:
• A replacement (if available), or
• A refund to your original payment method
3. Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return is approved:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of approval
• Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. All our items are shipped using a tracked service and missing items will need to be discussed with the carrier.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
