Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery.

Once your order has been handed to Evri or Royal Mail, it is under the responsibility of the courier. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter.
